ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
For FOREIGN applicants, DUAL CITIZENS and FILIPINO applicants with FOREIGN PARENT/S, please proceed to the Office of International Affairs (OIA) or email Ms. Rowena Aguilar at raguilar@hau.edu.ph for the initial assessment of your documents. You may proceed with the application once you have been endorsed by the OIA.

*For delayed submission of the Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials, applicants may present a claiming stub with the specified date of release to proceed with the enrollment.
*In the case of transferees, course content, description and number of units of courses for credit should be the same. Major and core courses may be credited on a case-by-case basis.

1. EVALUATION AND APPROVAL: Present Certified True Copy of Grades at the Registrar’s Office and respective Dean’s Office for evaluation and approval.
2. PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE): Pay the processing fee of PHP500 at the University Teller’s Office or any payment channels of HAU:

3. ONLINE APPLICATION AND UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS: Prepare documents for uploading. Accomplish the online application through the HAU website: /. (Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email verification code). Upload required documents.
4. ENTRANCE EXAM: Upon review and approval of your application, the Testing Office will send your entrance exam schedule via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails). The entrance exam is face-to-face.
5. ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS: The entrance exam results will be released one week after the exam via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails).
6. ENROLLMENT: The enrollment guide will be posted on the HAU website and HAU FB page before the start of enrollment.
