GRADUATE SCHOOL APPLICATION GUIDE

For FOREIGN applicants, DUAL CITIZENS and FILIPINO applicants with FOREIGN PARENT/S, please coordinate with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) or email Ms. Rowena Aguilar at raguilar@hau.edu.ph for the initial assessment of your documents. You may proceed with the application once you have been endorsed by the OIA.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for Application (for uploading):

  • Proof of Payment (Processing Fee)
  • Official Transcript of Records
  • Certified True of Grades (for transferees only)
  • PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

Requirements for Enrollment:

  • Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (to be requested from last school attended)
  • Original Official Transcript of Records
  • Certified True of Grades (for transferees)
  • Undertaking signed by the student
  • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
  • Recommendation Letter from Employer (if employed)
  • Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants only)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS for FILIPINO APPLICANTS from FOREIGN SCHOOLS

  • For Philippine schools abroad (any grade level): Permanent Transcript of records with LRN (Learners Reference Number
  • For Foreign schools abroad: Apostilled Permanent Transcript of Records and Diploma from originating school.

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. EVALUATION AND APPROVAL: Send official Transcript of Records (TOR) at pambrosio@hau.edu.ph for evaluation and approval.

2. PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE): Pay the processing fee of PHP550 at the University Teller’s Office or any payment channels of HAU:

*Note: For on-site payment, secure an Application Fee Slip from the Admissions Office as this will be presented upon payment. *For international payments/remittances, please email acofinance@hau.edu.ph.

3. ONLINE APPLICATION AND UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS: Prepare documents for uploading. Accomplish the online application through the HAU website: /. (Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email verification code). Upload required documents.

4. ONLINE EXAM: Upon review and approval of your application, the online exam will be sent to you via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails).

5. ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS: The entrance exam results will be released one week before the enrollment period by the Testing Office via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails).

6. ENROLLMENT: The Enrollment Guide will be sent to your email upon completion of the online exam.
