SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL APPLICANTS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

For FOREIGN applicants, DUAL CITIZENS and FILIPINO applicants with FOREIGN PARENT/S, please proceed with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) or email Ms. Rowena Aguilar at raguilar@hau.edu.ph for the initial assessment of your documents. You may proceed with the application once you have been endorsed by the OIA.

INCOMING SHS GRADE 11

Requirements for Application (for uploading):

  • Proof of Payment (Processing Fee)
  • Grade 10 Copy of Grades (1st grading only)
  • PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

Requirements for Enrollment:

  • Original and Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card
  • Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  • Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
  • Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (to be provided by the Guidance Office upon enrollment)
  • One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo

*Additional Requirements for Filipino Applicants from Foreign Schools

  • For Philippine schools abroad (any grade level): Permanent Transcript of records with LRN (Learners Reference Number
  • For Foreign schools abroad: Apostilled Permanent Transcript of Records and Diploma from originating school.

*For delayed submission of the Grade 10 Report Card, applicants may present a claiming stub with the specified date of release to proceed with the enrollment.

 

ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS) / PHILIPPINE EDUCATIONAL PLACEMENT TEST (PEPT) PASSERS

Requirements for Application (for uploading)

  1. Proof of Payment (Processing Fee)
  2. Certificate of Eligibility
  3. ALS/PEPT Results / Rating
  4. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

Requirements for Enrollment

  1. Original Copy of Certificate of Eligibility
  2. Original ALS/PEPT Results / Rating
  3. Photocopy of Diploma
  4. Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
  5. Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous School
  6. Undertaking signed by the student and parent/guardian (to be provided by the Guidance Office upon enrollment)
  7. One (1) copy of 2x2 latest photo
  8. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants only)

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

1. PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE): Pay the processing fee of PHP400 at the University Teller’s Office or any payment channels of HAU:

*Note: For on-site payment, secure an Application Fee Slip from the Admissions Office as this will be presented upon payment.

2. ONLINE APPLICATION AND UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS: Prepare documents for uploading. Accomplish the online application through the HAU website: /. (Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email verification code). Upload required documents.

3. ENTRANCE EXAM: Upon review and approval of your application, the Testing Office will send your entrance exam schedule via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails). The entrance exam is face-to-face.

4. ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS: The entrance exam results will be released one week after the exam via email (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails).

5. PRE-ENROLLMENT ORIENTATION AND ENROLLMENT: The pre-enrollment orientation schedule and enrollment guide will be sent by the Testing Office via email before the start of the enrollment (Please always check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing our emails).
