DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT S.Y.2023-2024 (PACUCOA Level II status)

The Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management program is designed to develop trained, research-oriented, and development-conscious top-level educational managers. The program helps educational institutions in their human resource development programs and provides opportunities for school administrators to enrich their leadership capability skills and knowledge of educational management; thus, becoming more responsive to the challenges of a socially transforming education. The program has two areas of specialization: Leadership in Higher Education and Leadership in Basic Education.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The Angelite graduate of the PhD in Educational Management in Leadership in Higher Education / Basic Education program is expected to:

1. Display highly advanced knowledge, skills and values in educational management for complex research, professional practice, and the advancement of teaching and learning in higher education / basic education.
2. Apply innovation, research, and development in basic/educational management; and
3. Highly demonstrate independence and/or teamwork in multidisciplinary and complex settings and situations that demand leadership in teaching and learning in higher education / basic education.
